Whether conveyance exp reimbersed to the employees in respect of Two wheelers attracts FBT.
Note: The exp were towards visiting branch office & other day to day office work.

Conveyance will attract FBT . But Two wheller maintenance and depreciation will not come under FBT net.
FBT is applicable only on CAR/ Aircraft repair & maintenance in the category of vehicles therfore 2wheeler vehicle is out of the provisions of FBT
The basic nature of expenses that Mr. sanathkumar is referring to is conveyance, hence FBT would apply u/s 115WB(2)(F)- Conveyance. However expenses incurred on Repairs and maintenance of 2 wheeler is outside the purview of FBT.
