Hi,
I paid exess amount of FBT in the 1st quarter. Can i adjust that amount , while paying the 2nd quarter ?

YES ACTUALLY U SHOULD PAID FBT ON ADVANCE BASIS ON UR EXPECTED VALUE U CAN ADJUST SUCH EXCESS AMOUNT TILL LAST QUARTER

I think u have confused TDS remittance with FBT.FBT payment is just like any advance tax payment.Hence there is no question of any adjustment here.. U calculate the total expense incurred for every period and calculate FBT on it.

Please tell me how to calculat Professional tax on salary? Whether it should be on gross salary recevied or on the net salary.
