YES U HAV 2 PAY FBT ON TELEPHONE EXPENSES @ 20% THERE IS NO SUCH DISTINCTION AS OFFICE OR PERSONAL.REGARDING PUJA EXPENSES FBT IS @ 50% UNDER FESTIVAL CELEBRATIONS
