Can any body tell me is there any FBT for office telephone charges and pooja expenses ?

YES U HAV 2 PAY FBT ON TELEPHONE EXPENSES @ 20% THERE IS NO SUCH DISTINCTION AS OFFICE OR PERSONAL.REGARDING PUJA EXPENSES FBT IS @ 50% UNDER FESTIVAL CELEBRATIONS
