My friend has completed CA in July and successfully completed 3 years of Articles. He is having subject knowledge and unfortunately not good in english. He searched a lot and finally got selected in an audit firm working for 15k PM.
Though he qualified having good exposure in work without proper communication seems to be not even equal to graduation.
Some of my friends who are chartered accountants with dummy articles getting very good amount, as they are very good in communication. They are in Big 4 audit firms and not in BPO or KPO working in very good profile
I can't understand this situation, where is the fault
