fat on property where sale agreement is already made
I purchased a flat in the month of april with service tax 4.5 %.and sale agreement already made..so do I need to pay(12-4.5) which is 7.5% more tax from 1 St July due to GST

That is the picture as on the day.
Government may bring some solution to the problem, or ask builders to compensate the same as they are going to get ITC benefit under GST regime, which was not available under ST abatement scheme.
