The status of one of our company is active but defaulting for the non-filing of annual returns and accounts for 06-07, 07-08 and 08-09. Can we file application under Fast track scheme without filing the pending forms ? If anybody has practical experience, pl share. I have gone thru all the details and as per me, its possible.
