Fast track exit - roc asking for noc from tax authorities

Our company incorporated on 02-06-2010, we have filed application to strike off company's name under section 560 to MCA. But I got a email from ROC that "pl examin NOC from tax authorities", the status at MCA site is changed to "pending" for user clarification.

Please help what should we do? Do we need to get a NOC from income tax department.  We have filed form FTE exactly as per the FTE circular but no such thing is mentioned in the circular.

Please some one help. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
