hi everyone,
please clarify is there is cash in the books of company then can company go for this scheme..
e.g. on liability side Rs.1,00,000 is coming as capital and on asset side Rs.100000 is being shown as cash balance.

Dear Sir,Can You Tell me that in case,I want X Co. to be Closed under FTE ..& ROC Annual Filling for A.Y.2012-13 to A.Y.2014-15 is pending..I am Applying in Form FTE in January 2015.So, Whether I am required to file ROC Return for all pending A.Y.or only Last one??
