Faq regarding final exam eligibility

I'm appearing for IPCC exam and I have not enrolled for any bachelor degree course and many of my friends are saying that its compulsory to have bachelor degree to be eligible for appearing Final CA exam..is that right?? I have searched a lot but I have not found any such condition for appearing Final CA exam. But still I'm in confusion that wheather it is right or not. So Please guide me in this matter and also help me about one year B.Com course under open university.
