SIR ,

  I APPLIED PAN CARD. BUT PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED. THAT;S WHY I APPLIED FOR REQUEST FOR NEW PAN CARD. BUT NSDL NOT ACCEPT PAN CARD . NSDL TOLD THAT  PROVIDE A PAN CARD COPY. BUT I DO NOT HAVE ANY PAN. NSDL TOLD THAT PROVIDE ANY ONE PROOF SHOW MY NAME, MY FATHER NAME, DATE OF BIRTH. BUT I DO NOT HAVE ANY PROOF.MY  CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT NO. 010240300011351.
