HI frnds,

          i had posted the below topic earlier.. but their ws no comment on this.. this is FAQ asked by client during audit hours.. and discussion on this wil helpful 2 all.. hope positive response 

share your views,   "whether a assesee shud go for (P) LTD or firm.. what are the core aspects which one shud consider b4 selectin.. (e.g to raise finance one shud go 4 (P) LTD on the other hand their will DDT on profits).. comment on merit & demerit of both types of business...

GO THROUGH THE BALANCE SHEET OF LAST YEAR AND PREAPRE QUESTIONS ACCORDINGLY

NEVER SAY I DONT KNOW THIS AT CLIENT PLACE ! ALWAYS SAY HOW DO U DO SUCH A MESS! and let him explain the whole thing try to gather by the art of lstening....contd....

sir thanx 4 ur comment.. i did the same thing as suggested by u.. but my intention is not how handle the client.. its grow knowledge throw discussion on such platfrom.. therefore i posted such topic..
