When government with all powers, infrastructure and police force at its disposal is unable to stop circulation of fake notes how an individual can identify fake notes and help in prevention of the circulation of fake notes. If an individual reports any event of fake notes, police will torture him as much as possible. In our prevailing administration culprits are not tortured but extended a red carpet welcome by police officials and on the contrary innocents and reporters are treated in such a manner that he vows not to contact police in future come what may.
Black sheep in government departments are leaking all systems, secrets and procedures not only of fake notes but also defense secrets of the army. This is India where by payment of kickbacks, bribes, and gifts one can manage any work in any office of the government very easily.
Even banks are not in a position to identify fake notes. After all it is they who accept and pay the notes. There are many individuals whose network is only to print and circulate fake notes in collusion with even police officers, border guards. Such news has appeared in newspaper several times. These unscrupulous elements slowly infuse fake notes in the system. It is astonishing that fake notes are printed more or less in the same manner with the same ink and same appearance.
As such it is nothing but an effort to make an individual a scapegoat for the fault of the system and responsibility for this goes entirely on the government, RBI and relevant other authorities.
