Municipal value can be found out from the DDA's site where u can see the circle rates for a particular area..........

Standard rent is the rent as mandated in the Rent control Act. The act and the circular or notification in this regard may be referred............
As for the purposes of fair value, the help of a valuer may be taken or alternatively, a sound business practice is a letter is sent to the registrar of the immoveable properties requesting him to provide with the fair value of a property in a particular area............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
