Certainly. Judiciously, You apply the Provisions of TDS Sections and fit all the cases within the last quarter so as to minimise the Interest on TDS

you must deduct TDS on previous bills and deposit with interest

Thanks ..

but that time we had no TAN no.. so can we dudct tax that time.. or we have to duduct tds after getting TAN with penlty? i m confused .

you must deduct TDS before at the time of payment

because if you pay full, it can be proble to get back TDS amount

but you can deposit it late when you got your TAN

Thanks.. :)
