failed to file gstr1 for July
is there any options for filing the same Gstr1 July

NOPE.... WAIT TILL OFFICIAL ANNOUNCMENT
As per law during 11th to 31st October, 2017 (time period of filing of Form GSTR 2, for July, 2017), taxpayers will not be able to file GSTR 1.
this is shown @ gst portal
you have to wait to file gstr 1 for the m/o july . . .
