Failed to establish connection to the server. kindly restart

Every time I have tried to file returns on GST portal by opting to sign with DSC the message above appears.

"Failed to establish connection to the server. Kindly restart ensigner".

What could be wrong ?. The USB port ?, Faulty DSC dongle ?, I have tried filing on different systems. 

Anybody could help?

check system requirements given in the portal.

Right click on Emsigner and select "Run as administrator" and then login via Internet explorer.. As per my view your problem will be solved

Taxpayers who have not set-off their liability for GSTR-3B for July 2017 and have only done "Submit"of their GSTR-3B have been given option to edit, submit and file their Returns.
