Hi Friends... I got 195 with 33 in ISCA. i think this time most of the students got very less marks in ISCA. I think its valuation was tough this time..why Institute do like this for ISCA which is not relevant & not much useful for our profession.I applied for verification. My Verification result was already updated as 'No descrepancy in marks'. I expected positive result..but my badluck...Iam feeling very very bad...If I would have failed in other subjects I should not have felt this much bad but failing in ISCA which is not much relevant for CA PROFESSION..NOT ABLE TO DIGEST.... PLEASE SHARE ANY BODY WHO HAVE BEATEN BY ISCA..MAY I FEEL BETTER..IF I HAVE SOME MORE FRIENDS LIKE ME...WITH ME..

I can somehow feel how it feels when you dont get what you really deserve. In my previous attempt i.e Nov 11 i got shameful and of course unexpected 19 in ISCA which for sure shattered every bit of confidence i had. Even in my wildest dreams i couldn't think of getting 19. Even without studying the subject i could have got that much. This time that i.e May12 I cleared my 2nd grp scoring 59 in ISCA but couldn't clear first for 12marks shortage in aggregate though i crossed 40s deadline in all the papers... I too have applied for reverification but can't hope much from it coz it's just  retotalling and not revaluation. There are of course many defects in Papers correction system of ICAI. You never know who is going to check your papers. But not much can be done about it... All we can do is to keep moving... though it's really tough to move on when you know how much hardwork you had put into it and you got nothing. But that's life bro. Remember "When the going gets tough, the gets going..."

I got 222 in First group cleared and 176 in 2nd group, got 15 in ISCA and applied for verification but when I see the status it shows No Discrepancy in the Marks.

just wait

which bk to refer for ISCA?

hey siddharth from where u didn sfm...!!

hiii....mr murali krishna.....well its hard luck dat we couldnt clear after coming so close to the finishing line...but 1 fact we have to accept dat this is icai...n der will be no easy marks....write like a professional n dan only u wud get good marks......n in theory papers u cant challenge the examiner as it totally depends on the examiner whether they like our quality /presentation of answers.....so giving for re verification is just a formality to satisfy ourselves dat nothing blunder or erroneous thing happend with us n everything was fair enough.............

so move on n make way for the next better opportunity given by destiny......yes

by d way i applied for verification on 20th july, i.e on the next day of result......i applied manually so wud i get result of verification online on the link provided by you.....n how come results of re verification have started coming so early this time around..??????surprise

@ ashima....if u want to really get gud marks in isca dan u have to write the language of study module given by icai.....so do isca throughly from module....remeber all the points of an answer and dan u can elaborate d points dem in ur language ....n d language should be mix of technical words n ur own explanation n not purely story type answers!!!!!

hey is dinesh madan good or isca institute practice module?
