I m facing problem in filing vat qtrly E returns under Rajasthan vat . problem in filing vat 10 form. on filing process msg. shown first upload base vat 10 . whts is it?

it is problem of format in which the form is to be uploaded plus you will have to check that whether the form can be edited offline and do rply if this realy is the problem
