hello

I have done facility service agreement with some person for providing a furnished office facility and each and every facility that will be required by employee.
does I need to pay GST on whole amount? If yes then at what Percentage?

you will be required to charge GST @ 18% on all your invoices.

ok.. And what about TDS? is I have deduct that

No applicability of tds here.

isn't a contract?? I think TDs to be deducted?

GST Law doesn't have any TDS applicability at the moment. TDS under Income Tax ACT is all together a different story. You must consult a direct tax expert on that.
