Abc Pvt ltd company hold 1500 share @ 10 each of xys Pvt ltd company . now Abc Pvt ltd company wants to transfer his share to Mnv Pvt ltd. then what should be the face value of each share??

Private limited company cannot transfer shares.

The shares can be trfd thru private arrangement and the face value of shares will be taken @ ₹10/- per share..
