I want to know that if any amount in shape of T.A./D.A. (Daily Allowance) (for other than Boarding & Lodging Expenses) given to employee travelling for Official Work is chargeable to F.B.T. or not.

The fixed TA/DA is subject to FBT.

Travelling is an FBT item attracting 5% cent FBT and Dearness Allowane is also subject ot FBT.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
