I've been shortlisted by EY for articleship in internal auditing. And also through GT for statutory audit.
I've heard EY has a policy of 100% checking which makes the work a tad monotonous. Please provide your opinions.

Thanks Hammad, could you please explain how stat audit is better than internal audit?
I don't have a clue because I don't have practical exposure in either, is internal audit boring or what?
Internal Audit:
1. Very less sampling. So, after a point, works get boring.
2. Internal Auditor is treated as " GHAR KI MURGI DAAL BARABAR".
3. Remuneration is also less than Statutory Audit.
Statutory Audit:
1. Analytical type of work. Sampling is used everywhere.
2. Statutory Auditor is a King.
3. Statutory Auditor is paid more than the Internal Audit.
