It is fake. Just got it confirmed.
Don't know that whether West block mentioned on that circular is correct or not. But its dated 26th September and it was not a working day (Saturday).

The message which is circulating through Whatsapp is FAKE. Dont believe. Till Now NO extension is given. Dont wait for that
NO EXTENSION TILL NOW., the whatsapp circular is fake- from reliable sources... So dont wait and file returns as the due date is 30/9/15.
