Extention of article training

plzzzzzzzzz tell me wat is the procedure in my situation

I started my article on 15th jan 2007 and on dat basis my article is over on 15/07/2010 but in between i took transfer from my first principal after one and half year n........on transfer letter institude said that my article extended due to excess of leaves which i agree basically my article will complete on 15/12/2010 but institute concern person told me dat i have submitt my 108form after 15/07/2010 and then they tell me how month i have to work as extention but my QUETION IS AFTER SUBMITTION 108FORM TO INSTITUTE SHOULD CONTINUE MY ARTICLE IN SAME FIRM UNTILL I GET ARTICLESHIP CERTIFICATE OR LETTER ELSE I LEAVE AS PER MY WISH N JOINT INDUSTRIES....
