09 November 2010I want to know how much extension if i take 5 months leave for finals...pls help me out...
My article-ship started on 15/10/2007 and going to end on 14/04/2010. If the total leave including the 5 months leave for ca finals study is 400 days.. Pls let me know how much the articie ship will be extended...

No of excess leave taken, plus 1/6th of the same(inclusive).

A general thumb rule is you have 180 days of leave credit for 3.5 years training period. Any excess is to be served, unless until your CA is super-human.. ;)
@ prakash: Form 107 is required to filled, if you want to continue at the same firm. For switching to another firm, 108 for completion, then 102 and 103 for re-registration.
