Please answer my some questions:-
1. in case of extension in AGM a notice is send to members.I want to know when shud be notice given Suppose my accounts are finalised on 30.09.10 and my last AGM was held in 25.09.2009.So notice to members shud be given before accounts are finalised or after the same.
2. Now in Board Meeting we will fixed date for Extended AGM.Now whether i need to fie a notice for Extended AGM also as in case of normal AGM we give 21 days notice.
Please help me its urgent
