Central Board of Excise & Custom (CBEC) extend the Income tax return due date for all regular taxpayer and the revised due date is 31st October 2018 for account auditor. and 31st August 2018 is for only whose Books of Account are not required to be audited.

Yes... Tax Audit due date extended to 31st October 2018.

The due date for filing returns for FY 2017-18 for businesses requiring tax audit and for companies has been further extended from 15 October 2018 to 31 October 2018.
