If you want to show always see this easy ribbon tab then open first this file or keep this file to excel startup folder so whenever excel starts this addins automatically loaded.

Exshail Easy Ribbon for Excel-2007+.
Features :
1 Easy Ribbon UI for all type of users.
2 Large Command Icon for easy finding.(preferable for weaker eyesight user)
3 Most common command in a Single Ribbon Tab. ( so you needn't to find in each & every tabs.)
4 Proper Grouping of tab with only Five Tab. (i.e. Workbook, Worksheet,Edit,Print,Exit)
5. Best viewed with screen resolution of 1600*900.
