Exporter of mango pulp. Is it export duty suffered goods? is the claim of inputs eligible for refund on exports under gst? pl. clarify

Export is Zero rated supply ( no gst ) under GST , so you can export the goods after payment of IGST. then you can claim refund of the same .
Another way to export is by submitting Later of Undertaking , therefore no payment of IGST , however subject to conditions .
