Export without ct-1 & bond

Dear Experts,

We are manufacturer of medical devices. One of our customer want to export material but he can't provide us Ct-1. I asked my company for bond B-1 Security for export but they said someone tell them that there is no need for bond. Is there any possibility for export without CT-1 and bond for merchant exporter. Please help me it's urgent.

your company can issue the goods to mercnant exporter on own B-1 bond / UT1 also , if the company wish so, but in that case collection of export documents and submission with annexure 19 would be part of your company,

I am beedi job worker and registered with Central Excise Department.By availing job work notification 214/86, filed er1 return through manually to the range superintendent. Now the range superintendent requested to file the ER1 return through ACES, it is correct or not.

1st of all. if you are job worker only and get challans under 214/86, then you dont have to carry burden of excise registration, as you are not manufacturer. surrender the same as soon as possible

ACES is the only plateform now to file the returns, you can submit the mobile number, cvontact person name and email id , and they will send the aces login generation code to your email.
