If a manufacturer exporter is selling goods to a merchant exporter at 0.1% gst and all conditions of n.n. 41/2017 are met.

Does the manufacturer need to inform the department separately about this supply and submit the copy of shipping bill ? or he just needs to procure the docs and produce them only when so required.

Yes the supplier is required to submit Export details , shipping bill, EGM etc to jurisdiction tax officer on every export. As the supplier is eligible to supply goods on concessional rate only when such goods is being exported within 90 days
