Export trading company in china

Dear All,

We are importing form China and sells in India. We also manufactures in India and Export. We are thinking to open a export trading company in China, which can Export to different Countries including India. 

My Question is:  Is there any export incentives to Trader exporters in China if yes, what are those and what documents we need to submitt?
