My company required to import a product from Itali and rquired to export it to Japan. Is it possible to direct delivery from Italy to Japan without import to India?. What are the procedures for the above and what are the Cutoms, Central Excise and Sales Tax formalities and accounting systems for the above transaction. Is it treat as import and Export in India? Please reply.
