1. As per Circular No. 8/8/2017 GST , Acceptance of LUT for Supply of Goods to Nepal will be permissible irrespective the payment reced in Indian Currency.
2. Yes In term of Provisio prescribed in Rule 46, Export invoice need to be Issued.
3.As per Rule 138 , the Eway need to issued if the consignment value exceeds 50k & being transported via Motorised conveyance.
