SIR,

DEALER SENT SAMPLE THROUGH COURIER VALUE OF RS.2000/- , NEED TO PAY GST , THROUGH GST INVOICE?

GST will not be levied on free samples distributed, because it is not considered as supply also, ITC on such purchases are not allowed to supplier.

IF IT IS EXPORT TO OTHER COUNTRY ALSO AS SAMPLE - SAME?
