payment is not importaint whether you recd or not in sales tax but you must have to take form H from party....

1) have u applied to RBI for extension of payment beyond 180 dsays? if yes then show that set of documents and other proceedings to STO for non receipt of payment.
2) alongwith it you have to submit , a) shipping bill b) Bill of Lading c) SDF form d) Order ( Letter of credit) copy e) forwarding letter of bank for submission of documents to buyer f) certificate of origin g) any other document in this context from other govt department viz , excise
delay in export value reimbursement may be ignored by STO if other documents are in order and to the satisfaction that goods have been shipped to the destination which is situation outside india.
