Kindly tell me, If a software company having export turnover wants to bring its remittance in India. what are the procedure and documents required to be submitted in bank??

SUBMIT THE SOFTEX FORM IN BANKER AS WELL AS FIRCS.
But If company is not registered with STPI then from whr we can get Softex form??
