I have registered GST No. in Maharashtra but want to export at West Bengal (No taken GSTN ).
in this case possible transaction of export.

You can export from West Bengal Port while being registered in Maharashtra.

This is not termed as a condition of export.
This is not outside the jurisdiction of the same country.
This is termed as Inter State Sale

Sirji,
Purchase from West Bengal and delivered same state port, but not registered GSTN in West Bengal then I can do export at West Bengal port. please guide me.

If u r unregd person in Maharashtra,but export from w Bangal,

U may generate an Ewbill from place of Maharashtra.
but u follow some points b notice,
Place of despatch is W Bangal
Delivery place is Terminal for Export
Part B of Ewb may b entered by registered transport agency under gst.
Invoice must b coverd all details of importer,which may certified by customs clearance agent in the terminal.

1. You are registered in Maharashtra
2. purchase is done from West Bengal.
3. Now the purchase goods need to be delivered in West Bengal only or the port of West Bengal for export , in both the condition you can do so.
No need to bring the goods to Maharashtra ,by following the model of "Bill to , Ship To " you can do so.
