Hi,

I wanted to know the procedure for taking back the machinery for repair / rework earlier exported.

Shall we need to pay custom duty while receiving the machine in India ?

Is there any time frame for repair / rework ?

Please help me on this issue............ Amit

can any one tell me what is the antidumping duty and how it is calulated...if any formula....
