When the supply for export is made on payment of GST under claim for rebate, in my view the GST amount can be paid along with the other monthly GST payments. however, recently one of the GST officers insisted for payment of GST on the date of supply. What is the correct legal position? any circular to clarify the same?

There is no circular to my knowledge. Any insistence on Payment on the date of export is completely erroneous.
