dear experts

we have Exported some zero rated goods.

how to show that in GSTR1

if we are showing in table 6A in zero rated column and selecting the option export with payment if tax then portal not accepting that,
if we select without payment of tax then it allows to proceed but we don't want to select that since the product itself is zero rated.

kindly suggest where to show that in GSTR1

Hope you are filed LUT. Then you can export without payment of tax. Since the item is 0 % , you can select without payment of tax. Impact is same.
Select without payment of tax and file the same.

If You have filed LUT than select without payment of Tax

If i select the option without payment of tax in this zero rated supply and selecting the option with payment of tax for other export transactions then officer can issue the notice for violating rule 89 of CGST rules

No, Not possible to issue notice.

The way of supply of Zero rated goods is without payment of GST. But, The system (gstr-1) can't support with payment option for 0% sales.

So, Select without payment of Tax. For future reference take screen shot of the error notification shown in Table 6A.

Otherwise file LUT and show the same as above....

Thanks Alott Sir
You are most welcome...
