Is it all Export of Servces can clam Expemption under Rule 4 of Export of Servce Rule 2005. Or it should be declared in the Export of service Rule 2005. under rule 3. Please clarify any one.

Export Of sevice can claim exemption under Sec 4( Govt. has Power to give exemption under this sec )
