we have received an order of goods from Nepal, so what are the conditions and documents we have to need to fulfil for that.

Full invoices of goods should be maintained.
Shipping bill should be maintained.
Bill of entry should be maintained.
Export related documents like, Form of export to be submitted to customs etc
