we intend to export some material as free sample for demo purpose (only 5 kgs) by courier
please guide me on format of Invoice in tally ERP.
also need to know whether GST is applicable or not.(Not applied for LUT as it is an sample)
*This is our first export in GST Regime.
Experts please guide!

Free sample are also liable to GST. Taxable value will be determined as per valuation rule. Since you have not applied for LUT u will pay full amount of IGST and then claim refund.
Invoice will contain all the details as per rule 46 and will contain the words"Supply meant for export on payment of integrated tax".
