I M a Manufacturer, Import inputs for Manufacturing and take cenvat credit of CVD But due surpluse stock , Can I export imported inputs as such Sell on high value then purchase value without payment of duty Vide ARE-1, sell on high value vide white shipping Bill?? pls. give me ref. Notification No. or Rule
