X registers in Delhi exports goods to USA.
He brings goods to Mumbai port and export from there.
he does not have any place of business in Mumbai.
Does he need to get registered in Maharashtra?
Likewise if X imports goods and goods land in Mumbai Port, does he need to register in Maharashtra?
