export by sez under GST
we are in sez. our buyer is in united States. he placed an order for a supply to his supplier at Bangalore who supplies/ exports his materials to united States. is there any provision in GST to supply to Bangalore customer without paying GST. if so what is the procedures

No we donot have the clear picture., and time being we have to pay import duty at the time of material clearance which is mady by icegate ., and we will pay the GST at the time of locat material clearance which is mentioned in local sales invoice. but we can get credit boty GST which is paid by us
