Explanation to section 413 of the companies act 2013

This section pertains to persons appointed for tribunals. Such persons are from various departments and the explanation pertain to keep thie lean in the parent department for one year means if they come back to department they will get all benefits of the post which they had left while serving tribunals. this period is of one year and after one year such persons will not get any benefit of lean
