No fresh Offer of private placement shall be made by company unless the earlier private placement offer is completed or withdrawn by company.

For example: On September 20 2017 company offered private placement offer to specified persons, if Company want to issue further such offer then Company should first complete the offer made on 20 September 2017 otherwise they cannot make another private placement offer.
