Value of a watch is 2,50,000
if i pay 190000 in cash and 60000 in cheque, will i attract any penalty?

will the seller attract any penalty?

Sec 40A(3) Any amount in excess of ₹10000 made to a person individually or when aggregated in a single day is not allowed .
